I took a quick look and it looks like there are some great action shots, especially of the younger age groups.
Overall I think I would rate you and your team between a 9-10. You guys were very easy to work with and very supportive. In addition there were some great shots. I think your tent area was very well organized and items displayed well. Most photographers lay out some binders and people have to look through them, and there isn't much else they have to show.
